Countries which are not allowed to acquire immovable property and real rights in Turkey:

- DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO
- DEMOCRATIC POPULAR REPUBLIC OF KOREA (NORTH KOREA)
- CUBA
- MALDIVES
- NEPAL
- ST. LUCIA
- ARMENIA
- SYRIA
